Introducing project management practices into government and public sector organization was never easy as this sector was very much inclined to the traditional way of handling projects. But, the only fully–integrated petroleum company in India, operating along the entire hydrocarbon value chain, wanted to apply the project management techniques. On the basis of their requirement and after 4 days of intensive training, ACOE Global had organized the first ever PMP PBT (Pencil Based Test) in India for that organization.
