PHD Chamber of Commerce and industry on Thursday gave training to Secretariat services officials of different levels on attaining goals in limited time, quality and transparency in the competing era. Officials were shown presentation to work as skilled manager.
Non Resident Indian Mr. Upendra Giri, related to capacity development, described about education, discussion, monitoring, accountability, transparency, quality, change, preparation, self confidence, commitment, opportunity and time saving. Santosh Badoni said that scope of improvement is always there that is why such training program are needed to be organized.
Mr. Anil Taneja, Director(Uttrakhand) of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry there is lots of work to be done by the government. All matter are people centric. In this case, benefits can be provided to general public by in time redressal on these topics and this is the part of training. Nearly 4 dozens of officials of Secretariat services participated in the program. After this, field officers and department heads will also be give the same training. 24th February, 2011, Dehradun: PHD Chambers of Commerce and industry to teach project management lessons to officials of Secretariat services. In this context, a workshop will be organized by the Chamber, nearly 45 officials of different levels are expected to participate.
According to Mr. Santosh Badoni, Deputy Director of Secretariat Training and Management institute, officials will be taught to work within the available resources and able leadership in the workshop on the topic of assistance in decision making.
