Mr. Upendra Giri, CEO | Founder AstroWix Corporation, presented on “Project Management for the Execution of Strategy” on 5^th Nov, 2008 at the Postal Staff College India (PSCI) Ghaziabad. PSCI is the apex Training Institute of the Department of Posts engaged in imparting training to officers of the Indian Postal Service. Commander V.K. Jaitly, President AstroWix Corporation, also attended the lecture where he introduced AstroWix as a pioneer organization providing Project Management solutions in India.

In the three hour session Mr. Giri addressed the participants on the changing business environment, the challenges it poses and how Project Management Best Practices can be applied to meet challenges and changes in Indian Post. The session received tremendous response from the audience, which comprised of senior level officers from the Department of Post with over 20 years of experience.
