Technical Skills

In your role as a Consultant Person will be responsible for conducting our Microsoft Projects 2007 related training programs at various locations that range from 1 to 2 days. It may be required from time to time to provide project management support to AstroWix and its clients.

The Consultant should be thorough in Project Management principles and should have worked in a similar capability before or have the relevant experience. He/she should have good knowledge of Project Planning, Requirement Gathering, and able to provide Project Management Solutions. In-depth experience in Microsoft Projects 2007 is desirable for this position. The Consultant should have at least 5 years of Project Management experience in both process and tools implementation.

Required Criteria:

1.  should demonstrate inclination to learn technical aspects of Microsoft Project tool.
2.  Excellent communication skills, problem solving and decision making skills
3.  should be able to manage and present to a large audience
4.  should be Result Oriented and Assertive
5.  Should possess initiative and team management skills.

BD Professional

Experience: 1-3 years

1. The incumbent would be responsible for the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing and payment collection for the product and services offerings.
2. He would be responsible to achieve the sales target and account penetration
3. The incumbent will be responsible for understanding client requirements and architecting Project management solutions for them.
4. He/ She will be responsible for interacting with clients
5. Costing and preparing Proposal, negotiating and managing the delivery team for the execution of the assignment.
6. The incumbent will also be responsible for identification of new product and their application areas
