PROJECT MANAGER

   Requirements

 

Experience in full life cycle of Project Management ( planning, designing, development, implementation, and support)

Technical Skills
 
  • Excellent Project Management Skill must be PMP certified (Mandatory)

  • Excellent in SDLC

  • Strong in OOAD, UML and Design patterns

  • Excellent in Time management

  • Good Technical all rounder especially in Microsoft product EPM

  • Should have at least 3 years of hands-on development experience in

  • .NET , XML, Java Script , Web Services,

  • Good Communication

  • Leadership and Managerial skills

  • Should have thorough knowledge on at least one Project Management methodology and processes like RUP, AUP, XP, etc

  • Should have used at least one  Project Management Tool like MS Project, Prima Vera, OFBiz Project Manager, etc.

  • Driven and committed to overcome obstacles and deliver the project on time

  • Explore additional business  opportunities for AsteroWix with customer by close co-ordination with customer, product sales and consulting sales teams Should have exposure to Quality Management Systems like ISO 9000, SEI CMM, CMMI, etc

  • Very high integrity and ethical values and accountability
