Ans:- Attached with this kit is a set of 4 DVDs which contain interactive class room sessions and 8 Audio CDs again with class room lectures which makes this Self learning kit as effective as a class room training.

Ques. Suppose I purchase the self learning kit today, when will I receive the materials and the certificate for contact hours?

Ans:- You would receive the material within 48 working hours of purchasing the kit.
Attached with the kit is a set of final exam which you need to attempt once you go through the material. Once you attempt the exam set you need to courier it back to us which then would be evaluated by us and on successful evaluation we will issue you a 35 PDUs certificate.

Ques. While doing the payment, the website does not ask for postal address or anything. So what is the procedure once payment is done?

Ans:- While making the payment, you would be asked for your card billing address. In case that is not similar to the postal address you can E-mail your address to the below mentioned address.
